A little blood on ya, Cass
Added 2021-11-25 03:39:36 +0000 UTCI've got a thing for Vampires. And the new DC comic, DC vs Vampires also has Cass Cain in it so that means it's gonna be my favorite thing for a while.
I find Vampires equal parts fascinating, sexy, and hilarious. (Which is why What We Do in the Shadows is a perfect show.) Their pretensions and traditional trappings, if you take a moment to step back and see how goofy they can be, are a lot of fun to make fun of. But if you take them seriously, the lore and the pageantry are very alluring. It helps that I have a thing for black.
Anyway, I gotta say yesterday I had a rough time with the side effects. Nothing superbad, but I did have a light fever and elevated heart rate for a few hours. But overall, I could get through that with just relaxing on the couch and binging more Star Trek. And I really enjoy binging Star Trek.
All that said, I am behind on other projects I've been wanting to do. I'm hoping once Thanksgiving is over, I'll catch up on all the things I wanted to do... but it's gonna be tough.
