Bat Girl
Added 2021-06-04 09:55:30 +0000 UTCJust taking a minute to sketch around and like... I thought the Gunmetal Crew needed more characters. So I kinda started thinking, what about a more wild character? Someone with a bit of a mean streak, when they need it. So I started drawing a pirate type with a wicked smile. And then it started changing and becoming more "baseball" themed.
And well... I like drawing Bat Girls. As you know.
Speaking of, I think I need to spend less time on the Cass Cain fandom twitter. It's kinda taking a lot out of my brain to think about it, when I could just be doing work on comics and stories I actually own.

In this universe it's far more likely because of injury, the mechanical parts (except Gunmetal's big arm) offer no real advantages over a healthy biological limb. But if I'm being honest, the likelihood of a character getting designed with a mechanical limb stems from whether or not I feel like drawing a real limb instead...

This lady has been through some f-d up stuff! Do people in this universe only get replacement limbs because of injury or do they give up their biological parts willingly?

Buuuut... frankly you've always been really good at character design and characterization and your original stuff tends to be a lot more engaging and memorable due to it. At least for someone like me. And no this isn't entirely just an excuse to encourage you to draw more cyborg ladies!
