Added 2021-02-06 14:14:07 +0000 UTCSo I haven't really changed the character much since when I made Goldie. I figure she's still a superhero that changes form. She can change her shape into a "metal like alloy" that is completely indestructible, however she's actually immobile. I think I talked about this on twitter with some curious superhero people, and I tried to point out how it could be interesting to have a "passive" super power that helps someone else. The key would be to pair her with someone say... like Jackhammer that could use something that's completely indestructible to swing around.
The expedient way to do a pic with her gold form was to do a paint over. That said, it'll be hard deciding just how smooth I want to paint the gold. I think the smooth shine is part of the appeal to this sort of thing. You wanna have sexy smooth lines on your golden girls.
I think the slight changes to her design work very well, and are still really appealing. She's a little sexier than the last time but... I don't think I'll be complaining.

The gold in the costume is just part of the costume. It matches her super power color though! As far as morphing, I believe she can only really transform into solid objects. She can change into an object of her choosing or a metal version of herself very quickly. But to change between objects, she needs to revert back to normal before undergoing the change.

2021-02-09 13:10:19 +0000 UTCConnor has an interesting point. Also, In the earlier pic of her and Jackhammer, we see Goldie transformed into a giant golden "sword" to be used. Can she change her shape as well when she transforms, or does it require some exterior ability to morph her into the "right tool for the right job," so to speak, once she's gone immobile and indestructible? Also, the gold patch on her shoulders and neck at first i thought was her costume, but on this 'recolor' of her changed, that gold part of the costume also changes appearance/texture, suggesting that it's also part of her body? Is it actually part of her costume, or just something else like bodypaint?
