Its What's Fair (some violence)
Added 2020-01-28 11:01:00 +0000 UTCI haven't done one of these character portrait sheets in a while, and I was just thinking about this character too.
If you don't recognize her, that's Ms Fairbanks, for the Pretty Julie Technomancer comic. She acts as a sort of mentor, teacher to Julie. Though she has no powers of her own, she's a hundred years old and has been dealing with these immortal monsters for quite some time now. She's a scientist, and rather cold and calculating.
I may have mentioned to you guys, that I pictured Julie like... "What if she was the Green Ranger of the series." She gets setup as a sort of antagonist to the heroes, however in Julie's case it's unintentional. The person who would set this up, would be a Queen Beryl, evil mistress from Sailor Moon type. And that eventually morphed into Ms Fairbanks.
It wouldn't be accurate to call Fairbanks a bad guy, let alone Julie. They're both trying to save the world. Fairbanks just comes at things more... coldly.

Interesting! I read her as more of an "amoral" Doctor Who/Sherlock type, though I may have Steven Moffat to thank for that. EIther way, your world building is very fascinating, and I can't wait to see what you do with it!
