Gunmetal Back (pinup)

There's not a LOT to say about this other than I haven't drawn Gunmetal Colette in a little bit. I really like the cybernetic prosthetics and the scars that kinda show a battle hardness that's in a big contrast to her go get-em demeanor. I've been practicing drawing the back muscles and I think they came out nicely here without being too overly defined.

I could talk about how Patreon likes to put in the blank text field for when you make a new post, "Why do you create?" I mean... that's a plenty loaded question. I kinda like doing it. It's what I'm naturally inclined to do. I'm in a lucky enough position where my particular predilections towards art are commercially viable to make a decent living off of. But surprisingly, I think I like this form of communication with you guys.

I'm just often here, sitting at the PC, talking about what was on my mind when I was creating a thing. And I'm hoping you guys like at least some of it. I'm wondering how many of you guys skip my rambling though. I'm not offended or anything. I mean, sometimes I just get off on silly tangents that don't have any real meaning to them. Just... ya know. Wasting time...

I was gonna ask about this, but I saw this comment and decided to second it instead.

As another artist, it's always interesting to hear artists talk about what was in their head-space when they created something.

Is that a repair or is her neck entirely cybernetic? Or her body?

Absolute ditto on the above about Psuedo-Lore. Reading about your tangents and mindspace behind each art piece is pretty inspirational and adds a little more depth for each piece to see how it came to be or why you did some things a certain way. Also ditto on those prosthetics.

Tekiel

The Psuedo- Lore is always an interesting read to pick your mind and it is usually as interesting as your art is but for different reasons. Keep it up as the inclination takes you. Pretty nice view of the back side of gunmetal. The prosthetics are pretty cool
