Pirates!

I was just playing around with some character designs. Letting my hands do most of the thinking. In my head, The inspirations here are varied. There's a bit of Metal Slug in here. I was also thinking about how non native english speaking people can be spotted with inappropriate slogans on their clothing. however I think in that old man's case, he knows exactly what it says.
The old man here is my favorite of the three designs. I liked the idea of showing someone who PROBABLY should have quit this line of work a long time ago. The old man martial arts master thing is a fun trope. I thought it'd be fun to dress him up differently. It reminds me of Master Roshi, with the shirt and sunglasses that went against convention. This old man is a lot less friendly, though. I wanted the smile to be the kind of smile of a killer.
The other two characters are much nicer people... I think. I dunno. They're still pirates! Pirates are supposed to be bad unless they're adventure pirates or space pirates.
