Anyway, just a last minute post. Dealing with some generalized anxiety that I can't rightfully self diagnose as a disorder. But yeah, it sure feels like I'm having general anxiety.

on the part of general anxiety, if you feel like you have it you probably do. Coming from a psych/having it background. But also best remedies are mindfulness exercises too.

A lot of studies have shown that viewing the news or catching up on subjects brings a lot of background tension and anxiety even if it's positive. That being said I know as an online artist social media is also your livelihood. We're here for you and support you. Stay safe and sane. Also: bed! Lol
