Sorry I missed posting last night, Patreon was down at an odd time. In the meanwhile I'm gonna post two doodles today!

I've been on an Undertale kick lately, it's a really neat game! And something people should experience for themselves if they've got any interest in quirky modern humor and Japanese RPG mechanics turned on their head. Plus it's just got tons of charming characters.

I really liked the pose for Undyne here. I knew how I wanted to draw her, thanks to the strength of her character. Drawing tip, I started by laying out the couch. A lot of times if I'm designing a pose, I'm starting with the character's body shapes. But here, the seat and the way she sits in it defines so much of what the character is doing. It was as critical to drawing her, as it would be in laying out her hips or ribcage.
