Shiva Strikes p1 (fight scene sketch)
Added 2017-08-20 00:00:01 +0000 UTCThere's another page of this rough sketching but I actually quite like how it came out. The flow is good, even if the composition is a little plain. I'd like to lay out an entire fight scene like this and add more actors into a scrum. A lot of comics, and mine included, would end up having to just generalize a whole fight but here I really wanted to show the flow between each strike.
Lady Shiva is supposed to be a martial artist beyond compare, and in one of their earlier comics with Cassandra Cain, Cass is easily taken down. But I've got another page lined up for upload soon.
As you're probably seeing this, I'll be on the road. I'm headed down for a vacation with the family. Lots of nephews, nieces, brothers, and folks all around trying to see the sun disappear for a few seconds. This is taking up quite a bit of time I could be spending drawing but I should have posts ready to go up across the week.
