[sketch] 40k:RT - Vincent - timeline portrait concepts

Had an idea to proper showcase Vincent's journey in his timeline, so I decided to do a sketch portrait concepts of how the pre-game and ingame events affect his looks!

It was inspired by DA: Inquisition concept arts for companions actually, I desired to do something semi-realistic for Elayne too for quite a while, so maybe will just do ones for her too later ^^

The major point for altering of his looks was going through an intense interrogation after he got captured by Imperial Inquisition forces while fleeing from Chaos littered remains of Syndicate when Archenemy overtook the organisation. The procedure scarred his body and mind, tho at least left him somewhat sane thanks Theodora's timely intervention, but quite hardened. It affected and twisted his mostly aloof pesronality as much as it twisted his looks.

And the other point is that Vince's gonna have a really hard time in Commorragh so his hair turns complete salt-n'-pepperish after. What remained of his bright persona is now a mere memory.

It's fun cause I hc that Commorragh left Elayne pretty unscathed as she's been through a lot worse experience in her nightmares, the brainmaggot hallucinations were just a lighter sample of the mental breakdown she often had. Rest after that her warp nightmares just got worsened cause she'd stopped taking her meds and it caught up on her in the realspace, which was treated immediately ofc, but besides that was pretty much it.

Aughhh I'm so curious what his playthrough would look like!
