I've been thinking about how to add more value to my Patreon and I figured I should ask you guys about this idea I've had.
I wanna do more sketches in general, and am open to "requests." These sketches wouldn't be massively detailed, maybe only slightly less finished than my sketch commission tier used to be. But i also wanna give the opportunity to give you guys a chance to decide what's gonna get done. Doing this about once a week, sounds like a nice way to keep you guys involved in the Patreon as well as giving people incentive to jump on.
Doing this in a fair way is tricky. There are going to be some people whose requests never get done. Designing a system where in people can have a say as to what sketches are made, could take some trial and error. That said, I've already decided against making these sketches exclusive to a new more expensive tier. The ideal would be that everyone gets a fair shot at voicing their request, and it wouldn't be locked to people who can add more money.
If that were the case, I'd be just doing a sketch commission tier again.
