Peia Page Preview Part Two
Added 2016-05-21 20:33:42 +0000 UTCI was actually hoping to have this done last night but a couple bits about it vex me and I'll need to rework some of the drawing and finish off the colors a bit later. Getting the piece to look like it's underwater is still going to be tricky, and I think I might need to do much more with ambient effects and particles in the foreground.

Besides, when have you ever seen a mermaid wear pants? Frankly if social norms started with people not wearing pants, they'd only wear pants cause their butt got cold on wintery days.
