I think I give off the impression I don't like drawing backgrounds. To an extent, I do try to avoid it. But when I get into a backdrop, I get into it in a big way. I like the little lived in details when I can put them in there. And then if it's a cityscape, I try to fill it with believable peoples. And an alien cityscape? Forgetaboutit. The really sad thing is, this panel is going to be WAY too small to actually see everything going on inside it. My favorite detail is the CD wind chime the store clerk has.
