March!!
Added 2019-03-02 00:04:34 +0000 UTCA new month. Absolutely so thrilled by this whole process. So meaningful for me to have this community, thank you!
More vids coming as always. Gradually, as more fundamentals get tied together, the subjects will start to overlap with one another and move towards looser creative topics. We're already starting to get there with a few of the chordal things that have been revealed in the Push and piano tuts.
As always, send your thoughts. Wishing everyone a great month, and I look forward to talking with yall soon £;^)

2019-03-02 17:49:01 +0000 UTCLouis, I was just filming a vid yesterday about minor II V I's haha. And, interestingly, II V I's as a whole are pivot chord progressions, so this is really the best way to introduce that concept. The next step is simply how to apply them to move and pivot around to any key you want using II V's, or just V even. Which is coming up! So, got you covered :)

2019-03-02 17:44:47 +0000 UTCIf you could cover pivot chords or modulation for the Push or Piano that would be great. It seems that in your longer Push videos you easily and effortlessly move around major diatonicism with borrowing from the relative minor but there are some Pivitol chords in there I’m sure. But maybe before that there should be iim7b5 - V7 - IM7. What do you think?
