Push E3 is here!!!!

Fams. Here it is. The holy grail of scales. Every. Single. Damn. One.

Ok yeah obviously that's overly reductive but seriously this should put you to work for a loooooooong time.

Get good at these and some serious doors will open with the hands knowing that Push fingerboard.

And remember: the theme here (and for what I wanna pass on to ya as a whole) is EFFORTLESSNESS.

Have fun yall. Stay swess £;^)

Oh wow. This is a big one for sure. You’re not kidding when you said it’s gonna keep us busy :) right now I’m losing track of the scales as soon as I learn a new one. Maybe it’d be easier to digest at least for me if there’d exist visual charts for each scale but as usual, no one on the inter webs has made anything even resembling this.

Looking forward for unusual scales and modulation tut!

*t'll become a kind of muscle memory mnemonic because all theses shapes will keep repeating themselves across all scales. So, in the meantime, use the vid to learn those 5 fingerings and the rest will come very quickly. Promise!

My pleasure Nubash. Here's a way to think about all these scales so that they seem as simple as they actually are: There's actually only 5 different fingerings; one that starts on each of the 5 fingers. So, once you go up to the next row, those fingerings repeat again. And, also each of these 5 fingerings appears in other parts of the other scales, just higher up. So, gradually you'll make the connection between the different chunks of scale that are the same as a chunck of another scale. So! In the beginning, there's gonna be a bit of memorization, but very quickly it

hey jnthn..thx for another great video. before i thought i have to learn only 2 scales (minor, major) and transfer it to the next columns. but how to learn all those scales if you stay in first five columns?? is it all about memorizing or is there something like a mnemonic?
