The future of my Patreon account

Bit of a serious post here with regards to my Patreon and what I do with it with some of the major changes coming up that Patreon is implementing.
To start with, the outrageous fees they're taking from both me and you. I am barely getting half of what people pledge to me and, as a small creator, that hurts... a lot. Patreon is also looking to force annual billing too. While I don't mind people pledging at different times a month, Patreon no longer takes a percentage of the total sum of pledges each month, but they take a percentage of EACH pledge before taking processing fees to pay out to PayPal (Who then take their own fees too) I will be joining a creator zoom conference with Patreon's CEO and head finance guys to hear their proposals and hopefully have our voices heard... but I don't see much change happening for the better, unfortunately.
So, after hearing the thoughts of other fellow creators, I'm looking into setting up a similar platform subscription program in Discord. there will be all the same tier rewards and discounts for commissions along with early access to my graphic novel and NSFW content... I'll just be doing it on my terms and minimizing the fees we all accumulate. You'll be able to pay via PayPal or card and it implements a lot of protection for both sellers and buyers. I pretty much live in Discord, so this would prove to be handier for me to keep everything in one place.
I would still love to hear your input on the ideas though. So if you have any questions or would like to voice your opinion, feel free to comment here or pop into the discord subscriber chat channels where we are already discussing where I will take things with Patreon.
