Where to go from now?

The platform I wanted to move to (instar) is taking forever to arrive, and I'm starting to lose hope as Patreon's NSFW rules only get tighter over time, making a bunch of my art actually against the current AUP.

Other options are very limited.

Subscribestar is one, but I can not for the life of me figure out how registering my bank info (I'm outside of the US) works and can't find any resource online. (Plus the whole "free speech" thing)

Pixiv Fanbox is another but NSFW has to be censored, which is very annoying as it ruins the purpose of giving access to high res pictures if they must be altered.

Ko-fi doesn't allow NSFW...

Self-hosting would probably be the easiest, technically, but also the most expensive option, as I would most likely have to pay not only for the payment processing but also for the file hosting.

I'm honestly at a loss right now. While I don't make anywhere near enough for Patreon to be my main income, the money I  get from all of you DOES make an impact.

I'll have to try and figure things out, but I have no idea what will happen.

Unfortunately, some rules that apply to non-photography/video NSFW would affect my work. Mostly when it comes to dubious consent/Consensual non-consent/etc... as well as depictions of animal genitalia. They do specify that drawn/animated content does have to follow these rules as well.

Far as I can tell, Pareon's rules "should" only apply to real-life stuff, but because they are skirting the line with companies like Paypal (who isn't a bank but tries to act like one), it's very hard to tell if something will happen. SubscribeStar does seem to be the go-to compared to other places I've seen. I too will keep an eye out for anything better and just keep doing what I'm doing until shit hits the fan. This is all just so stupid in general...
