Near the end, she got injured by a griffon and fell to her death, but since we were so near to the end, I was told to take a Grievous Injury penalty instead (3p/houserule). The roll decided arm, and it was ruled that it should also include a wing because having one flier made some difficulties. A few sessions later, with the campaign concluded, she was able to Wish herself to become a dragon permanently with her one chance, a priority over restoring what was lost.
