I’ve seen a good handful of folks suggest like, that new SOTM protagonist is Cassie’s dad cause he has a faz wrench, but obviously that doesn’t make much sense. Seeing that not only would make Cassie’s dad actually super old, but also if you believe he’s the Bonnie bully, he would of been a kid, and I doubt Fredbears is sending a literal 10 year old kid or whatever to go fight the mimic

Though one thing I don’t see get suggested often is, what if they aren’t Cassie’s dad, but Cassie’s grandpa, therefore the Bonnie bully’s father. This was more of a food for thought sorta idea, but I think there’s some points to it. For one there’s a teaser for SOTM in help wanted 2, which is maybe Cassie’s dad as the protagonist. I know it’s a teaser for us, but for the protag, it could be a taunting thing, showing them past events that might be relevant to them like the Bonnie mask. Which Edwin’s shop sells masks, maybe this could be how the Bonnie bully got his mask in the first place, a gift from his father. Especially explain by Cassie’s dad is seemingly obsessed with a lot of old Fredbears merch, etc

Also might add up to why Cassie’s dad is aware of the mimic at all, if his father fought him, he took up the job to do the same in their adult years. Also can add to why the mimic seemingly has beef with this family in particular, if Cassie’s grandpa too, them out before, they’d still hold a grudge over that. Personally with how much focus has been on Cassie’s family, I could see this being possible, note I am chill with the SOTM being nobody special, I just think this all could be very cool, had a lot of fun drawing this out! Also woohoo Cassie dad design!! That aspect was most definitely the best part to draw :) daughter and father,, anyway!! I hope you enjoy this comic!! 🩵💜
