So for the moans during h-animations, we actually have a pretty large collection of them that gets randomized each time an animation happens; for the full game, post-release, we'll be expanding on that by adding a lot more of them and making them linked to specific animations (but still randomized).
For the timing of the sounds though, as a result of them being different lengths per moan etc. they do effectively end up somewhat randomized. If you were talking like large gaps like you said of a second or two, I'm not sure how easy that'd be to setup for our programmer; it's not that it's a bad idea, it's a good idea, it just might be difficult to do this deep into development without breaking other systems, etc.
(And yeah, D.I.B.S. is great; I featured it in a itch.io pack, which is probably where you saw it :P )
