The Aftons (mini comic #429)
Added 2024-12-02 18:00:12 +0000 UTCI’ve been meaning to draw more of Mrs Afton, especially her and William, this is more a humorous kinda take on their relationship, but I will say I’ve been curious how they met? And what she found so alluring about William.
For William, I always thought he “loved” his wife in a different way, he isn’t exactly normal so he loved the Idea of her, I like this idea William only gets along with those he’s jealous of, so Henry and Mrs Afton. Mrs Afton being very skilled in her line of talents, while being smart, well liked. So William is envious of that, she’s so normal so easily, so to fix himself is by having her as an extension of him.
Meanwhile, for Mrs Afton, I think she just liked this weird dude KWBDSJB More so endeared to this man who has a lot of ideas. He’s so focused on it, she likes it. Wants to pick at his brain, and she finds William charming even, he’s a good talker when he chooses to talk. SO with all those thoughts this comic is kinda just a quick nutshell of their POVs of one another,,
I may do more detailed looks into their relationship, cause I think it could be interesting to explore, and just consider etc, but we’ll see how folks react to this one BAHA had fun drawing this, still love Mrs Afton’s look, and It was fun to make a younger William, and him resembling Michael more like this, I think it’s neat. Anyway! I hope you enjoy this comic 🩵💜!!

TYSMMM AHH IM GLAD you agree, I definitely gotta draw more of their relationship cause I actually think it’s very interesting,, OBVIOUSLY there isn’t much canon we can go by, but just thinking of it for myself I can see a lot could be done with them, again tysm all around ahh

Mrs Afton is definitely into quirky men 😂 I love the young designs you made for them!!! It fits so well aaaa
