I recommended this early on. Red herrings. Fill the story with them. Harry keeps seeing potential threats or tantalizing mysteries and they turn out to either be nothing or something that everybody else is well aware of and there's no actual mystery. Harry's adult friends and the young Weasleys have to pull him out of the mindset of always needing a villain to fight or mystery to solve.

2025-02-07 17:34:00 +0000 UTCWhy don’t we just do both, it felt too jarring to have Bill and Ron murdered in cold blood then just have her die; it’s akin to Voldemort killing Harry then ran over by Filch… I think it needs to be slice of life and then transitions into a great adventure as there is only so much daily life shenanigans you can do before it’s stale.
