Great way to come out of those dream chapters. Gonna miss Zofi, but I'm liking Matt's new attitude!

2025-01-31 23:57:48 +0000 UTCI don't get Matty's worry about never seeing Zofi again. Of all the girls, she's actually the most sure thing. She's been exceptionally clear that she needs him to fulfill her dream of motherhood, and he's never going to have any competition for that role. And given his daddy issues means he won't be able to abandon their children, he knows for certain he's got at least a couple of decades of physical proximity and literally raising a family (an unconventional one, but still a family) together ahead of him. All the other relationships can die the way they did in the dream, poisoned by the high stakes of romance, but he and Zofi aren't in love and therefore can't fall out of love and ruin everything.
