Who are your favorite BTC 2.0 girls? (November)

Of all the primary romantic interests in the DBA Universe (off the top of my head) I think Belle is the one most susceptible to the mate-guarding/jealousy instinct and the one most conflicted by that instinct. (Although Ash [IIRC] from the Billionaire series might be close. She *wants* to be Matt's primary, if not his only, and it's pretty clear that dream has been with her since she was younger than when the BTC formed. While I have difficulty with the manner in which she externalizes that conflict, I actually don't think the conflict itself is that abnormal. I'm also reminded of the truism that women would rather share a high-value man than settle for a lesser man in a monogamous relationship. I think that the male leads in most of these stories express some form of high enough value for this to be true, although not always in obvious ways. Although Ben's value - for instance - is not has high monetarily as Adrienne's for instance. his trust currency is sufficiently high that he is able to retain her, despite some of the dumb choices he makes.

I like Belle. A lively and well-written character. I believe that over time she will become much better.

Dawn Evans was my favorite OSL/ASL love interest. Belle is somewhat similar, but pretty unlikeable. So far, Eva and Lily don’t add too much to the group. I’m sure Skylar will turn out to be a far more interesting than the other new ones so far though I hope I’m wrong and Eva becomes a lot more interesting as we find out more about her.

Enjoying Skylar just now too. Difficult to dislike Naimh or Sam, but Belle seems to be showing herself up again.

I vote Skylar. She has a big "lady in the streets and freak in the sheets" vibe. Not a VIP so I'm 6 chapters behind. So we will see. I'm new to BDA as an author through the BTC. I haven't attempted to start the OSL/ASL saga so of there is a parallel character to Skylar I'm unfamiliar.
