Kisuke mentions the reason when Rukia first brings Ichigo to his shop. It's not directly stated as the reason Misaki died, but it's a subtle answer without it just being told to the reader.

It was only because Yhwach stole her powers that Grand Fisher was able to kill her and Isshin mentioned that without that GF shouldn't have been able to even scratch her as blut was her strongest ability....

The Hyakkoin...might've spelled that wrong...(Eight-Mirrored Sword) still exists, but it might come up later, or it might not. The manga didn't expand beyond the Shihoin, Kuchiki, and Shiba, so I went my own way with it. The Isane parts may be hinting at something else, but you'd have to follow the breadcrumbs within the chapter. Big surprise incoming for Ichigo, Karin, and Yuzu, for sure! Kisuke getting bodily thrown through a wall seems amusing.

I liked Nanao's new Zanpakutou, to me it seems much better than canon's super special cursed family sword. I am also happy that you are expanding on the Great Noble families and Soul Society's structures, and in particular that you aren't using Tsunayashiro family and specially Tokinada from the novel. I initially thought that Isane's parts were a hint towards her joining since you had mentioned there possibly being a sixth girl but it seems from your response to other comments that's not the case. On another note, Ichigo and the twins are in for a large surprise. And Ichigo in particular is going to need a crash course in etiquette, history, law and whatever else is required of a Great Noble in Soul Society.

They're extra material, much like the videogames, which are also non-canon. Second reason, because I've changed A LOT of things regarding the Soul Society(ies) and that entire non-canon plot point doesn't fit with where this story will go in the future.

It was this clan that set things in motion for Tosen to so easily be swayed by Aizen's words and join him since as a Noble that Tsunayashiro prick wasn't punished for killing that woman especially as he knew about Soul Society's original sin or w/e it was called when they all but killed the Soul King

Isane was adorable and that girl needs hugs. all the hugs, and I just got an image in my head of a chibi version of Ichigo chasing and crying Urahara and Isshin around with his sisters cheering him on. hehe it should be entertaining for everyone but them.

But not planned for the polycule...there are other plans at work that will reveal themselves in time. There are little breadcrumbs hidden within the chapter for insightful readers to find.
