AO3 Situation (Please Read)
Added 2025-10-21 04:06:15 +0000 UTCHey readers of my works, AO3 has suspended my account and hidden MOST of my stories for 30 days due to a complaint of infringing the TOS. I'm UNABLE to reply to comments, post new chapters, edit old chapters, or anything else until November 20th, 2025. AO3 has given me a suspension, a formal mark on my account, and is threatening to delete my stories and potentially ban my account entirely. While I'm trying to communicate with AO3 about this complaint and supposed infraction I'm afraid the only place to read the stories will be on Fanfiction.net. I know many of you don't like FFNet, but it has ALL of the chapters that you USED to be able to read here. Hopefully, this can all be resolved sooner, rather than later, but until at least November 20th...I can't bring you anything new on AO3.
Not to make any demands or requests, but if you see a comment on one of the remaining three fics asking about what happened, feel free to copy-paste this response in a reply to them to spread the word. It's going to be a LONG 30 days for me...

Yeah, but it'll be another week before my stuff will be unhidden because I have to change every chapter of every story they hid and then they have to review all of them and any that don't pass the review process will continue to be hidden or deleted.

2025-10-21 21:30:59 +0000 UTCYou get banned for using the word “patron” yet I can go look up Harry Potter stories with the fleur/ Harry tag and get dozens of AI copycats demanding you go to Patreon.com to read more than the first chapter. In the damn summery even! I switched to AO3 about 4 years ago when ffnet kept having all of those outages and other site screw ups. Literally one of the first stories I read there was A Nemea Lycanthrope and I’ve been hooked ever since. But lately AO3 has been dropping the ball pretty damn hard, to the point where I just subscribed to like five different authors here because they kept getting tos strikes for no reason. One dude I reading a lot of got banned for something his readers did. Said he wasn’t going to be posting for awhile due to a diagnosis and wanted to give his fans a heads up. One of the comments suggested he set up a go fund me page and someone reported. Dude got banned the next day. It’s just so sad that the site I went to when the old one got shitty is just doing the same exact thing now. I hope everything works out for you man, I’m gonna stay subbed here so I can keep reading all the good stuff you make
