Sorry for the lack of Update
Added 2022-07-31 16:41:11 +0000 UTCHey friends and fans, I know many of you have noticed that Aura Heart Journey hasn't been updated this month. I'd like to apologize to all of you that look forward to it. This month seemed normal until I tried to write for Aura Heart. I don't know why, considering it's been updated every month for over a year without issue. I've tried rousing the Muse by watching some Pokémon Anime, playing Pokémon games, and yet nothing worked, the Muse just wasn't up for it.
I don't know why, but perhaps it was the passing of Kazuki Takahashi (The Creator of Yu-Gi-Oh) and my desire to update Era of Spirits and Shadows in tribute to the man. I had a near-constant urge to write for that story after I heard about Takahashi's passing. A part of my brain was repeatedly telling me to update 'In Memoriam' to the creator of one of my favorite childhood Series.
Regardless of the reason, I'll do whatever it takes to make sure that Aura Heart is updated properly next month. I can only hope that you'll forgive me for this failure. I'm just one man, I'm not infallible and things don't always work out, but I pride myself a bit on being able to write for all of you and I wasn't able to for Aura Heart Journey this month.
I'm going to try and write today, hopefully I'll have something out for the first day of August so that we can start next month off strong. Please, look forward to the future updates!

It can happen to anyone, either due to lack of focus or something external so calm kairo, the muse will arrive to give us a new chapter

2022-08-01 06:13:21 +0000 UTCTogashi (HxH Author) has a chronic pain condition that makes even lying down painful when it flares up. He can't draw when he's on his prescription pain meds either, apparently. But if they make him drowsy or 'out of it' when he takes them, then I can't blame the guy.

2022-07-31 23:42:20 +0000 UTCEven though I personally don't care about that story (NOT a fan of Pokemon) it's understandable that you can't write it as EVERY writer gets hit with writers block occasionally I mean god can you imagine what it would be like to be Eiichiro Oda? How that man has kept the manga going for so long and kept it interesting is beyond me but I'm sure that the reason he takes a month off here and there is not only to make sure he keeps himself healthy but to also deal with writers block

2022-07-31 16:45:23 +0000 UTCHey it's quite alright. I may not be a writer but sometimes you hit a block and inspiration just doesn't come. Don't force it. Just take your time and write when the time is right. I don't mind waiting for updates as you're quite talented as a writer and storyteller. Definitely looking forward to more from your works.
