That's just Canon that there are currently two Level 7's alive right now. Some people think that the other Level 7 is part of the Poseidon Familia, others think it's Leon Vardenburg from the Baldr Familia/School District. We haven't been given any confirmation by Omori yet at all.

2024-03-03 16:03:44 +0000 UTCI noticed something on ffn and decided to check here. Freya says that Ottar is one of TWO level 7’s currently alive. I wonder if the other one is a survivor of the Zeus or Hera familas. Looking forward to if this unknown level 7 will make an appearance in the future.

Bell is still earnest and kind, but has enough wit to react to uncomfortable situations without the slapstick of canon. Hestia isn’t cringy. Instead we get an open-minded Greek goddess whose domain of hearth, home, and family compliment the dynamic between Herself, Bell, and the others who are becoming part of the family. Personally, I don’t need the full lemons, but I like that in this alternate history/universe, the relationships are mature. The physicality that results from the growth of these relationships flows naturally, instead of being held back as a contrived trope.
