The Ghost girl is just what happened in the Manga, not sure how Ichigo pulled that off. Rukia? She's never heard of a Human that can see a Shinigami; she didn't even know what Quincy were in Canon either. They were wiped out 200 years ago. Rukia has only been alive for something like 50 or so years. When you Genocide a Race of people, you tend not to talk about it. Also, if you're talking about ANYTHING from the Novels that came out after the Manga...I'm not using any of that crap. Just the brief synopsis I've read of Narita's novels makes me never want to look at them.

Stop that...stop being able to read my mind, Thomas! I've made a rather LARGE Lore change regarding Soul Society and especially the Rukongai! You may not be evil enough in life to be sent to Hell. But a horrible person isn't always a murderer, rapist, arsonist, or what have you. If you did bad things to others throughout your life you'll be 'punished' even in Soul Society. You'll awaken in one of the further Districts and have to live in that near warzone as penance for your actions in life! Also, there are only 80 Districts in the Rukongai, past the Districts are the Wilds where animal souls exist. Or at least that's my belief on it at any rate. How you're able to pick out stuff like this I'll never know, you know my writing too well I guess. lol

Well I didn't remove THAT connection. I wanted Ichigo to have that connection to his father after all. No matter how much Isshin may be a goof, he and Ichigo are still rather similar and their Zanpakuto reflect that.

You guys and your Harems! lol But it is a small Harem, and I've picked out the lovely ladies that will be in it for a reason. Also there will be no additions beyond them. You also missed a few other differences though, such as Ichigo having a Proper Zanpakuto! Plus Rukia is taking his training in the Shinigami Arts VERY seriously! I wonder what changes those could bring about in an AU like this?

I disagree completely with what Rukia said unless you have done some major lore changes every district after 50 is ridden with crime rape and murder with 99 being an open battlefield of rape and murder soul society can very easily be hell. That said I enjoyed Rukia actually being useful and having common sense... I also enjoyed his closeness to Tatsuki and Hime lol.

This was a wonderful beginning to a story very well done, as to a title From what i have seen so far "Court Guards' Knight maybe this Ichigo does seem more Chivalric and honourable than cannon

In canon ichigo and his father both had moon cutting sword's. So maybe the journey of the Moon Guardians cutter, or something or the true blood inheritance

I really enjoyed this as I am a big Bleach fan I also really love the fact Ichigo is already dating Tatsuki and Orihime. I do have one question will Ichigo tell Tatsuki & Orihime about what really happened so there are no secrets between them and in case he needs to leave suddenly, like if they are on a date and he senses a Hollow so they understand and don't think he is keeping something big from them?

A good start. I am looking forward to seeing what you make of this. Honesty can't really comment much on a name seeing as there is not really anything to distinguish this enough yet. Sin Hunter might be right about sticking to names that play off his name and 'protect' or 'guardian'. It might be a bit overused and predictable, but if you don't want to risk the name being a spoiler it would be a safe choice

I was wondering why the hell u was writing a Bleach story that was just the same as the manga/anime until I noticed three major differences: Isshin is already aware of the supernatural and knows his son will become extremely powerful, Ichigo is dating both Tatsuki AND Orihime and Ichigo is flirting with Rukia. I really liked the chapter, and I’m really hoping this will become a harem story as I would love to have Rangiku, Retsu and Lisa as well as Nelliel and Tier Halibel, etc :3

As for the title, how about something like “The Guardian’s Journey” or something that can play off of Ichigo’s protector trait. Just a suggestion.
