Neil's Word Rewards!

As discussed in the monthly bulletin, I have redone my commission discount system into a flat monthly word rewards system.

As a reminder, every month you pledge, you will now earn words that you can redeem on commissions!
Does will get 20 words a month.
Bucks will get 50 words a month.
Moose will get 200 words a month.
Antelopes will get 500 words a month.
And Reindeer will get 1500 words a month.
I will do my best to update it on the 7th of every month. With the system I am using to assign everyone their points in the spreadsheet, that is what works best for me.
