An Important Patreon Update

Hey all,

If you were up in the early hours of this morning, you may have noticed that my Patreon page had been suspended for a little while. I was the recipient of a very fun email that, among other things, accused me of using generative AI in some capacity (they never really specified if it was for thumbnails or for the actual work?), along with telling me that vore without explicit 100% consent is now against community guidelines...

Firstly, if it wasn't obvious, I've never used AI for anything. Apparently Photoshop marks anything in it as made with AI, so now that I've swapped to that for making thumbnails that might have triggered something?? Which is fucking dumb as shit, but whatever. They already went from having my page suspended to just saying that it is "outside their community guidelines/TOS", so they probably realized their oopsie woopsie there and fixed it, but I'm still basically on probation.

Also they want me to remove my Patreon advertisements from random FA posts, which is weird, but whatever. Lost revenue for them too.

So what happens from here?

Well, I'm not gonna add something like this to every vore story I make: "hi i am the prey and i consent to being swallowed alive and digested!!!!". For obvious reasons. People who know me and my content know I'm not a non-con person, I don't like fatal, the worst I'll do is dub-con, but Patreon (slash their payment processors) don't have room for nuance. So that pretty much leaves me with two options. Screen everything I post here, which means less exclusive content for you guys, or move platforms. SubscribeStar has always been a bit suspicious to me, but it seems like the only real alternative for me right now. There was another community platform that I forget the name of, but it was invite only for a while and I think it ended up dying unfortunately.

I'll try to stay here, but a move may be in order. What a way to kill your momentum. Time to wait the whole weekend for a response from Patreon. 🙃
