Patreon fucked up this month. A lot of people's cards are being auto-declined by their banks and marked as fraudulent transactions. Please check to see if you were declined, and if you were, either dispute it with your bank or retry the transaction through Patreon! (I think you can do that, I'm not sure...)

There shouldn't be a charge, just contact your bank

2018-08-02 16:41:43 +0000 UTCUPDATE: it seems that this only effects users that pay for patreon with credit cards. If that's you, contact your bank ASAP to get the fraud charge cleared!

2018-08-02 14:55:37 +0000 UTCYes, I had to contact my bank to resolve it. Once you call them you should be able to hit retry in your payments. It makes me wonder if Patreon changed it's merchant description which can lead to some banks flagging fraud automatically...
