more rewards stuff (I swear this is the last one)

made some final changes to the reward structure. namely, I gave Doe and up monthly commission discounts that they can use for any of my commissions! I also changed around some of the wording to clarify things. this will probably be the final version of the rewards for a while because I can't think of anything else to offer!
