Pirate Tier Fixed

When I made the new tiers I didn't realize it didn't automatically include them for exclusive audios and pics and stuff. So, I had to add them back in above the Bounty Hunter tier. If you couldn't access stuff before, it's there now.

Obviously the blame in principle falls on Tinesia or Yuki, one or both of whom should be punished for being displeasing....
