An extra character will be +60-90% of the base price! The percent will go up with the complexity of the extra character as well as the higher the level of rendering required (a full color extra character is a lot more work than a flat color extra). So in the flat color example, the extra boy character would be around +60% since his design is simple and there is no extra shading to be done. The most time consuming parts of my process are lineart and shading/painting. The percent most likely won’t go up to 90% but I just keep a range for those occasions where I’m essentially doing twice the work, like if two characters are being inflated.
