What was your first memorable Halloween costume?
Added 2024-10-12 00:21:57 +0000 UTCMost of us grew up with the opportunity to celebrate Halloween, as well as wear a costume for the spooky holiday. The first Halloween costume I remember wearing with pride was when I was in kindergarten. I'd recently watched "The Mask of Zorro" with Antonio Banderas with my Dad, being fully enraptured by the action scenes and begged to wear a similar costume for Halloween. They relented, but in order to wear it at school, my folks needed to replace Zorro's plastic silver blade with a foamy pirate sword. Seriously. I'm not even trying to exaggerate.
Jokes about an elementary school's priorities aside, what was the first Halloween costume you remember wearing? Was it something you asked to wear? How did you look in it?

Hmm, I was in middle grade, and I dressed up like a woman vampair complete with boobs and makeup. I used to have long hair down my back growing up, even though I'm a guy lol. The last time I dress up for holloween I had my spike collar my wolf tail and my wolf eyes since I was total blind by that time that I had my eyes removed and had real wolf eyes made that I wore all the time.
