What is your favorite breakfast?

It's one thing to go on here to post stories and favorite artwork, but it's another to connect with people in this great online community of ours. So, I'm gonna try to ask random questions each week that you have the option to answer.
For me, my favorite form of breakfast is a tie between an egg and mushroom omelet with bacon, and eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce poured all over. I remembered not being a fan of the latter until I spent a semester abroad in the United Kingdom and tried eggs benedict for the first time at a local English restaurant. During the end of that same trip, while waiting for my flight out of Heathrow International Airport to return home, I had the pleasure of eating out at Gordon Ramsay's Plane Food restaurant. No other breakfast omelet has compared to what I ate since.
