Ok so this is super interesting. I've been playing with the Photoshop Beta and Generative fill / AI to see how it might augment what I do.

This I think is a good use case. I have an awful habit of not shooting wide enough for my images for Instagram, take Image 1. Arianna by St Pauls Cathedral but really I should have shot wider to get St Pauls in.

Here comes Generative Fill, just expand the canvas, select the new blank area and a portion of the area below and boom, instant St Pauls. I mean it's not exactly St Pauls but its pretty good to the untrained eye.

Then for good measure I tried some globe trotting, selecting Arianna as the subject leaving the wall and handrail in the foreground and changing the background.

Considering this is Beta and only just been out I'd say this is looking pretty good.

I've used it in my editing today to expand the canvas.

Worth a try in my book!
