Description:
This 12 floor apartment building includes 1 entrance, 82 apartments (2 apartments are gone since they're used as storage for stores nearby), and each apartment is fully decorated (without furniture). Apartments have either 1 or 2 bedrooms, all with a livingroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Architecture:
The II-18 series is one of the most noticeable in the areas of Moscow built during the Soviet era. Various modifications of this series were erected in Moscow, and in other cities of the USSR, over 20 years - from 1958 to 1978. Over the years, the number of floors of the buildings increased, the appearance and layout changed somewhat, and the II-18 towers grew not only on the outskirts, but also in the city center.
Please Note:
- The house exists in real world, I tried to build as close to reality as possible in 1:1.3 scale. The place is in Moscow, Russia.
- One of the apartments is fully decorated with furniture, I'm planning to fully decorate some sections of the building in later updates :D
- You can use this building wherever you like, as long as you give me proper credit.
What you can do:
After downloading the map, you can try to experiment with the apartments, maybe remove a wall or add one, change rooms. Those apartments are identical, and they were not planned the best way: for example, you always needed to pass the bathroom door to get to the kitchen, or doors in the middle of living rooms, making it look like a hallway.
If you found that interesting, let me know by giving a diamond! Thanks!
