The house is located on a small private beach in suburban areas of Australia, maybe New South Wales. The property has two houses: the main house and a "summer" house for summertime :D. It got 1 additional kitchen with a bathroom and bedroom. The main house has 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, library, office and living room. Outside is a big terrace connecting the master bedroom with the living room. The kitchen is connected to a garage by a small hallway. The backyard's borders are not walls, not very defined, which makes it more open and free, a common thing for Australian suburban architecture.

The house has a specific style of building that was popular back in the 1930s in the US, Australia as well. But the "summer" house and a swimming pool were added later in the time, of course, maybe 20 years later, in the 1950s.
