Update for the patrons! Readme!

Some days are worse but in the end what doesn't kill me makes me stronger.
So i'll be slowly starting to do some art again very soon. On top of that there's going to be some changes to patreon and the tiers. They won't be updated just yet but soon-ish.
- First off i'm not continuing requests the way i have been doing until now. There's still going to be requests going forward but in form of character submissions that end up in a poll to encourage engagement from all parties so it's not gambling. For lower tiers this will be characters from series, franchises etc. For higher tiers OCs will be allowed and voting for your own OC will be prohibited.
The higher the tier the more voting power one will have inside of polls and submission of more characters will be allowed.
Polls will still be used outside of submissions in case i got ideas or can't decide on poses.
- 50$ tier will have a use and people who pledged will be given the most privileges. Due to the price this also includes early updates on commission status and 50% discount on them, option to reserve up to two slots for upcoming commissions upon agreement.
( this resets every two cycles of new slots so reservations aren't stockpiled )
- The last point is i'm going to work in my own pace and deadlines won't exist. I wouldn't be able to keep them anyways but will be open about everything in updates so i don't ghost the whole server like i did when i went to the hospital.
