About Weekly progress #23

Hello guys,

First of all, I am very very very sorry that we missed the weekly progress last week.

as lame as an excuse goes, it was because I was disgustingly busy with a deadline of a project.  I go out early in the morning and often got home way past midnight. I have no energy left to work on targa, so there are no significant progress at the moment.

I apologize for that.

The good news is, today we already sent the file to the rendering farm, and all that is left is wait for the render to finish and send them to the post render guy. Cross fingers so that there are no errors on the renderings :(

so starting tomorrow, everything will be back to normal-ish, and I can get back on track again! yay!

Speaking of which, I want to share a bit about this project I'm involved in. it is a massive project in terms of scale. it is literally bigger than the whole targa florio.

Imagine filling everything within the targa florio track's boundary with roads, pedestrians, parks, residential areas, commercials, and office buildings. it was exciting if only the timeline wasn't very spandex-tight :/

anyway, I survived the hell weeks. once the render sequence is clear of errors and sent to post production, I can finally breathe again.

and in a matter that is not related to the insane deadline, two weeks ago I somehow got a bug bite. It turns out to be slightly poisonous, and now I got a hole on my leg :(

I can post a pic of it, but for keeping this post appropriate, let's not. lol.

but no worries, it's contained, and it's treated well. It will definiteyl leave a mark, but there are no danger to my health. and it won't affect me with working on the track, except for the annoying itch that I can't scratch hahaha

I will be back with progress and updates as usual, and in the meanwhile, I hope you all have a better week than I was! XD

Cheers guys,

Indeed, take some time off if it's possible and get well! Your health is way more important even than the Targa! ;)

We're here to support you, not to pressure you. I'm glad that health problem is under control. Thank you for your effort in this incredible work.

Don't burn yourself out, get back to the Targa when the work load decreases and the bite is healed, we can wait, you've already made great strides with the track. 😊
