How are you guys this week?
I heard that the temperature is getting colder at notrhern hemisphere.
Here in Jakarta, the wether is.. well.. quite eventful lol. the sun and the heavy rain taking their turn in a single day. lots of people catching cold because of it XD
anyway, this week I am back continuing cerda, got a few more blocks down the road. The new buildings are the ones highlighted.
by the way, I've been thinking to upgrade my pc for a while. been looking at gtx 1070 ti, and it seems like a good deal. Moreover, the price has come down to normal level after massive increase during the cryptomining rush.
anyone have this card, or do you think I should save some more and go for the 1080 ti instead? I don't play AAA games. mostly for sim racing. with the possibility of using VR in the future.
I'm not really interested in RTX at this time. I'm not sure adding real time reflections can make a big difference in sim racing lol.

I just finished a lap with a Mazda RX7 Tuned (37:56.962), there are many more trees and I crashed to see the big bridge, I was surprised! A splendid job, I love this track ... Thanks Abulzz!!!!

2019-01-27 20:58:42 +0000 UTCI think it depends what CPU you have for the question of what gpu to get. I have a 1080ti running with intel i5 6600k oc'd to 4.4ghz and my fps is usually bound by 100% CPU usage for AC and iracing. Not sure the other sims

2019-01-22 02:00:28 +0000 UTCI have a 1070 Gamerock edition which I find is pretty close to the Ti in performance. Pretty happy with it, not really 4k future proof and might struggle with some games at 1440p. But a beast at 1080p, at that resolution can handle most at what I can throw at it. Have no regrets taking the plunge last year for it!
