Dryad vestments
Added 2024-12-17 12:43:21 +0000 UTCSince the city will be somewhat annoying to traverse in your birthday suit ( I intend to make it more "realistic" than the village or than in SS), and since in Hex you can't get anything done without clothes on, you'll be able to purchase a trait after acquiring dryad magic that will let you summon and dismiss "dryad vestments" at will when you aren't wearing other clothes for a bit of MP! You can also put these on in the wardrobe like other clothes, and they won't cost MP in that case.

That is expected, it' probably harder to justify how she gets arrested without (too)long lasting consequences in hex compared to SS. I mostly speak from personal enjoyment of dealing with a harder economy and prison/debt related soft bad ends

2024-12-18 02:56:16 +0000 UTCI'm not sure about including a debtors' prison per se, but I do intend to offer a defeat scenario system. It will be relatively light-hearted, for the most part, and purely optional, since you'll always be able to pay a portion of your G to escape after losing a fight instead. Things like going to prison after being defeated by guards, or getting put on a witch trial by the inquisition will probably be possible outcomes. This is not going to be in v0.1, though.

2024-12-17 13:13:34 +0000 UTCSome outfits you just get, like this one, which is part of an ability. Most you need to purchase from the seamstress, who will get new designs as the game goes on. Patrons of a certain tier will get additional exclusive outfits and access to the offering box which will provide most seamstress outfits for free to players. Since there's no ingredients or rent or anything, the primary thing you'll be saving your G for in most versions of the game will probably be outfits.
