Apparently, shit-tier company BrandShield which uses "AI" to "protect" copyrighted content contacted Itch's registrar to take the entire website down because some game page mentioned funko pops or something, and no one at any point of this process thought, "hey isn't AI full of shit 90% of the time? Maybe we should investigate this before pulling the plug."
So somehow funko pops and AI are to blame for this. What a world we live in. I'll keep an eye on things, and if Itch isn't back up soon, I'll figure out a solution.
