If you also have a page in the game settings where you can switch the fetishes on and off you don't need to replay the survey to accommodate new fetishes. You could also have a message the first time you load a game on the new version alerting players that there is a new fetish and to turn it off if they aren't into it.

Well, the game currently allows for a lot of give and take. and there are instances with certain female characters where you wind up being the dom. But yeah, I agree, most of the game is femdom oriented.

That ability already exists. Certain scenes give you the option to take part, and if you don't want to, you can press the "no thanks button" or its equivalent.

I thought about that, but it turns out, that isn't great for adding new content, and seeing as how I'm not sure exactly what fetishes are going to be there, adding a survey would be a bad idea. As people would have to replay just to "check yes".

One recommendation I have is on managing these fetishes. I felt that Perverted Education and the Secretary have done an excellent job of using the concept of the "survey" to have the gamer express or decline their fetishes. In your game that could just be a survey students take at university. Those kinds of things actually happen anyway as part of academic experiments on campus, such as collecting data for sexuality, etc.
