Big News for Everyone! ^^

We've been lamenting, KJ, Riff and I, about the need to pull back on the number of pages we can do each month, and we debated if we could ever come up with a second story arc that could top "Dark Reflections". With funds a bit low, our confidence shaken, and no bloody idea what to do next, sometimes you just need to get that spark back, the reason you create in the first place. It requires patience, guidance, and an off-the-cuff remark in a Picarto chatroom.

That remark has started us on an exciting path. We don't want to say too much but we will at least favor our loyal supporters with this general statement:

Yes, there will be shark-girls...

So, whether we can create three or four pages a month, we do feel strongly about the second story arc, and it has us all so very excited and ready to move forward.

We'd love to be able to handle at least four pages a month, but that requires a bit more funding coming in. "The Depths" website is getting over a million hits a month now, and at least 15,000 visitors a week. We really feel the site is a bombshell just waiting to go off.

Oh, in other news, someone has come forward to offer to create a visual, choose-your-adventure novel for "The Depths", and we're already coming up with a short, fun adventure with the girls and shipwreck diving. Riff has found a program that will allow a flipping-page effect on the website, and we'll be adding a page to the site for numerous short-stories (from us and from fans), that site users can "flip" through and read online.

It's going to be a very exciting few months... <3

What we need from all of you is your support and willingness to share what we're doing with others you know. *^^* Word of mouth is very handy at times, and if you'd like a few "The Depths" cards we have created, let us know and we'll be happy to send you them to take to your favorite comic book stores.
