Thanks to your guys' support, this mod is now complete!
I was able to get different color slots working this time too. The textures for this were also pretty interesting, as I was able to use a lot from the original textures of this outfit, so the wrinkles in the clothing turned out pretty good I think.
There's still a few small weight-painting issues I would like to improve if we ever get another official outfit of Chun-Li with her neck area exposed to sample from.
