Also, the jiggle physics files don't work exactly like how I thought they would. For example if I use all the same parameters from another character with more jiggle, Manon jiggle still doesn't behave the same way and still appear a bit stiff. So I used a legacy technique of assigning the weight-painting to other parts of the armature that do have a lot of physics, in this case her feathered collar.
But I'm in the video editing phase now so the mod will be released soon, and next I think I will move to Marisa or Chun-Li!

Don't know if possible but will look good in one of those variations where you keep the bottom part of the costume, modifying it further by keeping only that sparkly belt on the bottom.
