It will take me a while to capture and edit the necessary footage and screenshots, but the mod is complete and I'm pretty pleased how it turned out. There is also jiggle physics as well and it works much better than Tifa's actually. Since for Shiva, she already has physics objects on her chest that I could pull from. Tifa only has her earring.
